To create a specialized form:

Select the Work Instructions scope.

Right-click the connection name (for a specialized form that applies to all the areas) or an area node in the navigation pane and select New IndustraForm.

In the New IndustraForm dialog box, enter a name for the form and then click OK. This name appears next to the
button in the Work Instructions module. The new IndustraForm opens in the IndustraForm Editor.

Insert the recommended default work instruction fields (right-click a cell and select Place Default Field).

Insert the other fields you want from the Type option list on the Properties tab.

A specialized work instruction form design can be imported from a tasks spreadsheet
when the j5 Operator Rounds application is installed.
