A predefined message list has been linked to the Work Description box on the Properties tab.
To linked a predefined message list to the Comment box:

Select the <Comment> cell.

Select the predefined message list you want from the Predefined Message List option list on the Properties tab.
The predefined message lists configured on the j5 Operations Management System determine
what options are available in the Predefined Message List option list. For an explanation on how to configure predefined message lists, refer
