The j5 Operations Logbook application allows users to create entries for each operational event that occurs, and appropriately classify it according to the type of event, the affected operational areas, the priority, and so on.
Operations Logbook entries can be recorded on the Default Form or on a category Default Form designed for a specific category. j5 provides a built-in operations logbook Default Form. This form can be used without customization or it can be overridden by a modified Default Form in the j5 IndustraForm Designer. In addition to the Default Form, different category Default Form designs can be created for categories that require specialized forms.
