Work instructions can be released for work in the j5 IndustraForm Designer or in the Work Planning module on the j5 Web Client.
To release a work instruction in the j5 IndustraForm Designer:

Right-click the work instruction template
in the navigation pane and select View Scheduled Work Plan.

Click Release Work. The Make form live? dialog box appears.

Click Yes to release the work instruction and to make the latest version of the template live.
A released work plan creates the scheduled work instructions in the Work Instructions module for completion.
