The j5 Work Instructions application supports the planning, scheduling, and completion of work instructions. This application has two modules, namely Work Instructions and Work Planning.
Work plans are created and scheduled in the Work Planning module. Here managers can define what work instructions need to be completed, how often they need to be completed, and who is responsible for their completion. When a work plan is released for work, a work instruction is created in the Work Instructions module according to its defined schedule.
Work instructions can be completed on:

The built-in work instruction form.

A default work instruction form for its operational area.

A specialized work instruction form designed for a particular category or task.
These forms can be linked to work plans or used as needed when a once-off work instruction is added in the Work Instructions module.
