To enable a shift handover configuration in the j5 Shift Handover application:

  1. Right-click the shift handover configuration associated with the IndustraForm template in the navigation pane, and select Edit Handover Config.

  2. Select Enabled from the Enabled list.

  3. Select Save

When a shift handover configuration is enabled, the j5 System creates a shift report according to the details specified on the shift handover configuration such as the handover type, shift start times, and the length of the approval window.
