A shift handover configuration determines when a shift handover should be completed and which operational areas the shift handover relates to. Shift handover configurations are configured on the Shift Handover Configuration page. This page can be opened on the j5 Web Client or through the j5 IndustraForm Designer.
In this section, we explain how to edit and create shift handover configurations on the j5 Web Client. We also explain what the shift handover configuration action buttons do, namely Regenerate Shift Report, Force Expire, and Force Handover Recreation.
