Create a predefined message list - j5 - 28.0 - Administration & Configuration - Hexagon

Each rich text box in an IndustraForm can have a specific predefined message list linked. Each list can consist of one or more messages. The messages in the linked predefined message list are available to users to choose from.

To create a predefined message list:

1. Select Add

2. In the Message List Name box, enter a name for the predefined message list.

   

3. Select Save

To create predefined messages for the list:

1. Select Add in the Predefined Message section.

2. Select the relevant operational areas.

   If the message should be used in all the areas in a Site, just select the Site. If the message should be used in all the areas in a Section, just select the Site and Section.

3. Enter a Message Label. This is displayed in the message option list in the rich text box.

   

4. Enter a Predefined Message. This is displayed in the rich text box when its message label is selected from the message option list.

5. Select Save

To add more messages, select Add again.
