After selecting Submit Notification in the Work Notification application, the following calls are made to SAP:

  1. To create the new Work Notification in SAP:

    • EM_NTF_ORD_CREATE

    • SAP deprecated this function in 2017 (SAP S/4HANA 1709).

    • When using the v2 connector, there is no need to add this configuration point as it's known internally.

  2. To get details of the new notification (including ID created by SAP):

    • RFC_READ_TABLE on table VIQMEL
