In the event that a barcode or NFC tag is no longer readable or a scanner fails, you can override, remove, or replace the existing barcode or NFC tag by doing one of the following:

Override

On j5 Mobile:

  1. In the upper-right corner of the screen, select and then select Barcode Lock Override.

  2. (Optional) Enter a reason for the override.

  3. Select UNLOCK SECTION.

Remove or replace

Request that the barcode is removed or replaced. See
