You can open any round or task associated with an asset by scanning the barcode or NFC tag linked to the asset.

scan-asset-full is displayed above the Operator Rounds list view when barcode/NFC navigation for assets has been configured.

To open a round that references a particular asset:

  1. Select scan-asset-full

  2. Select Barcode or NFC.

  3. Scan the barcode or NFC tag.

    • For barcodes: Point the camera at the barcode.

    • For NFC tags: Hold your device near the tap point on the asset.

    A summary view appears showing the In Progress rounds at the top of the list followed by the other rounds that contain the asset.

  4. To open a round, select the name of the round you want to open.

    To open a particular section or task in the round, select GO TO SECTION or GO TO TASK on the operator round.

    • GO TO SECTION - The associated section opens.

    • GO TO TASK - The section for the task opens. The associated task is highlighted with a flashing blue dot.

    • The GO TO TASK option appears when the data point for the task is linked to the asset barcode/NFC tag.

    • To open a task with a barcode or NFC tag when data points are disabled, you need to first open the operator round entry you want to edit and then scan the barcode/NFC tag. See Scan the barcode or NFC tag linked to a section or task for more details.
