Update released operator rounds - j5 - 28.0 - Help - Hexagon

1. Disable the plan.

2. Update the plan and schedule details as required.

3. Release the plan.

Only Scheduled and Available rounds are removed from the schedule when the plan is disabled. If any rounds are in Awaiting start or a later status, these rounds will need to be removed manually by an Administrator.
