When barcode navigation has been configured, you can quickly navigate to an input box by scanning the barcode on the equipment. A barcode can be associated with an instrument reading or piece of equipment.
Scan Barcode 
is displayed in the action bar when barcode navigation has been configured in the
entry.
To navigate to a task using a barcode:

Select Scan Barcode
in the action bar.

Scan the barcode.

Confirm the barcode scan.
When the barcode scan is confirmed, j5 Mobile navigates to the associated task or section, and highlights the task or section with a flashing blue dot.
