Configure Default Form
The Default Form appears in the IndustraForm Editor. Edit the form and click Make Live.
The built-in default form (the form that appears when you click New Entry 
in the Operations Logbook) is overridden by this default form in this area and its child areas.
If you want this Default Form to override the built-in default form in all of the areas, select the Operations Logbook scope and right-click the connection node.
Configure Default Form for Category
An option list with the Operation Logbook Categories appears. Select the category you want. The Default Form - [chosen category] appears in the IndustraForm Editor. Edit the form and click Make Live.
This category default form has its own Add button above the Operation Logbook list view in this area and its child areas.
If you want this Default Form to appear in all of the areas, select the Operations Logbook scope and right-click the connection node.
