Show Hidden Files
Reveals the hidden files in the navigation pane.
Show Other Areas
Reveals the areas you don’t have editing permissions for.
Users only see the areas they have editing rights for (by default) in the navigation pane. If they click Show Other Areas, all of the areas are revealed in the navigation pane. They can view the files in the other areas (the files will be read-only) and they can copy-and-paste the files they need into their areas.
