IndustraForm roles allow responsibilities to be assigned to particular users or groups of users. Roles can control important workflow steps and restrict who is allowed to edit and approve IndustraForm sections.
Approvals are often used to complete the IndustraForm’s workflow. Therefore, only authorized personnel should be able to approve an IndustraForm section. As a best practice, we recommend that you configure roles so that only authorized users can edit and approve sensitive IndustraForm sections.
When roles are configured, the roles selector appears at the top of the IndustraForm. It shows what roles have been defined for the IndustraForm’s workflow and the users assigned to each role.
Roles are created, edited, and deleted on the Roles tab.
To add a role, click Add
To delete a role, select the role you want to delete and click Delete
