During the investigation, Actions may be identified that, when completed, will help prevent future incidents from occurring. The Actions tab allows these actions to be logged, prioritized, scheduled, allocated to a user, and tracked to ensure that they are implemented.

The area of the plant where the action is required. |
Target Start Date |
The date the action is expected to start. |
Target Due Date |
The date the action is due to be completed. |
Responsible Person |
The user the action has been assigned to. |
Attachments |
Documents attached by the creator of the action. |
Supporting Attachments |
Documents attached by the user performing the action. |
Comments |
Comments added by the user performing the action. |
Creator |
The user who created the action. |
Created Date |
The date the action was created. |
Completed Date |
The date the action was completed. |
Closed Date |
The date the action was closed. |
