The Incident Management Overview dashboard aims to provide an overview of the current state of incidents and near misses. There are four indicators in the dashboard.
Incident Management Overview Dashboard
Incidents and Near Misses Logged
This graph shows the number of incidents and the number of near misses logged. The graph can show these numbers grouped by day, week or month by clicking on the appropriate labels above the graph. Changing the date range filter for the dashboard will change the date range applied to this graph, while still using the grouping period selected. The left Y-axis refers to incidents and the right Y-axis refers to near misses.
The number of days since the last incident is clearly visible.
Near Misses by Area
This graph shows the number of near misses grouped by area.
Near Misses per Employee by Area
This graph shows the number of near misses grouped by area, per employee assigned to that area. Note that if an employee is assigned to multiple areas, they will count towards the number of employees for each area that they are assigned to.
Near Misses by Category
This graph shows the number of near misses grouped by category.
The Date Range, Site and Section dropdowns provide filters that apply to all indicators in the dashboard.
