In the default installation, the information relating to each Near Miss is presented under the following tabs in the record detail view:

Detail - contains the summary information about the occurrence and categorization of the near miss

Sample Near Miss IndustraForm - contains the primary information about the occurrence and categorization of the incident

Cause Analysis - contains the investigation into and identification of the root causes of the incident
-
Actions - corrective actions created in order to mitigate and correct the root causes of the incident
-
Notes - extra information and comments can be added as individual notes on the near miss
