Data points are created for each task in a tasks spreadsheet when the spreadsheet is uploaded. Each data point contains most of the configuration points for its operator round task input field (for example, its input type, flags conditions, and unit of measurement), and a history of its task's values. Data points can also be created and linked to Assets in the j5 Asset Register.
The Data Points configuration page is accessed via the Configuration menu.
To edit a data point:

Select Edit

Edit its details as required.
The Data Point ID, Input Type, UoM, and Asset fields can't be changed on existing data points.
