IndustraForms can be used to support a business process. Such processes often have different roles, with the personnel assigned to them having different responsibilities. IndustraForm Roles allow for these to be defined and subsequently used to configure permissions for actions in the IndustraForm (for example: approvals, edits, and so on). The following image shows an example of an IndustraForm with roles defined.
