After you have deployed your project, the final step is to configure the workflow roles. To do this:

Once j5 has been deployed, navigate to http://localhost in your web browser

Log into j5 as an administrator

Navigate to Configuration > Workflow Roles

Associate a j5 user rights group to each BPMN workflow role.
You do not need to restart j5 for these configuration changes to take effect.
Tutorial Example:
Log into j5 as an Administrator (for example, admin/admin)
Navigate to Configuration > Workflow Roles
Assign the Administrator role to both BPMN workflow roles. This will allow the administrator to test the entire workflow without needing to change roles.
