j5 workflow requires three configuration points to be successfully implemented. Firstly, the required BPMN fields need to be configured via the IDE. Secondly, the workflow design (BPMN) are designed in the Gemsbok application. And thirdly, the BPMN workflow roles are configured in the j5 system.
