Unreleased
All actions are created in the Unreleased state. Only the initiator or creator of an action can view it or move it to the Released state.
Released
In the Released state, the selected responsible person has to either accept or reject the action. On rejection, the responsible person has to enter a comment giving a reason for the rejection.
In Progress
In the In Progress state, the responsible person can either complete the action or request a cancellation. When a cancellation is requested the responsible person has to enter a comment giving a reason for the request.
Complete - Awaiting Approval
In the Complete - Awaiting Approval state, the specified approvers need to accept the action as complete. The action will remain in this state until all of the approvers have accepted the action. If any of the approvers reject the action, the state returns to In Progress.
Pending Cancellation
In the Pending Cancellation state, the initiator can either accept or reject the request for cancellation. If the request is approved, the state of the action proceeds to Closed (as Canceled).
Rejected
In the Rejected state, the initiator can either close the action as Invalid or re-release the action.
Closed
The closed state is the final state of the actions workflow. An action can reach the closed state in multiple ways. These are highlighted below:

Closed as Invalid - An action closed by the initiator after the responsible person rejects the action.

Closed as Canceled - An action closed by the initiator after the responsible person requests a cancellation on the action.

Closed as Complete - An action closed after the completion of the workflow.
