This document provides information and procedural instructions for upgrading SDB 2020 database to SDB 12.1 or an older SDB 2018 R1 database all the way to SDB 12.1. This document also provides the information about pre-mandatory scripts that needs to be executed for upgrading SDB 2018 R1/ SDB 2020 database with SRD 8.4.0 to SDB 12.1 with SRD 10.0.
The migration procedure involves use of the interactive web-based tool, SDB Merge, for merging data into SDB 2018 R1 / SDB 2020 database from SDB 12.1 database. The merge tool will provide flexibility to select/view and merge required content changes as part of SDB 12.1 to get into customer database.
