The To Do List add-in allows you to define and manage tasks that are associated with a specific drawing. You can view the entire To Do List and see the tasks that have been completed and those that are pending.

From the To Do List, you can perform tasks, defer them, or delete them altogether. Additionally, you can view properties for each task in the To Do List.

  1. Click Tools > Add-Ins.

  2. In the Add-In Manager dialog box, select the To Do List Manager Addin check box in the Available add-ins list and then click OK.

Drag the To Do List toolbar and dock it at the top, bottom, or either side of the document window.

  • The To Do List add-in remains active until you remove it.

  • To remove the To Do List add-in, clear the associated check box. The software removes the add-in the next time you open the software.
