Select File > Close.

If you have made changes since the document was last saved or if you have never saved a new document, you are prompted to indicate if you want to save your changes. Do one of the following:

If you do not want to save your changes, select No.

If you want to save the changes, select Yes. If you select Yes, the Save As dialog is displayed so that you can give the document a name and specify a folder and format in which to save it.

Select Cancel to keep the document open.
