Click View > Customize Current View.

On the Customize Current View dialog box, move the drawing properties that you want to appear in the List view to the Selected properties list by selecting the property in the Drawing properties list and clicking Add.

Rearrange the display order of the properties in the Selected properties list by clicking Move Up or Move Down.

Click OK.

Use filtering (see Filter the List View) to control which drawings are displayed in the List view.

To display all drawings in the selected plant hierarchy node, use the View > Include Subnodes command. For more information, see Display Subnodes in the List View.

You can drag-and-drop drawings from one plant structure to another, provided P&IDs are allowed in the target plant structure.
