  1. Click Workshare > Synchronize Shared Items.

  2. On the Synchronizing Shared Items dialog box, click View Log to see the record of this synchronization operation.

If you want to defer this activity, or schedule it on a regular interval, you can click Workshare > Schedule Synchronize Shared Items. Follow the instructions on the Schedule Task Wizard.
