The File > Save As command allows you to create a graphic file representation of the image in the active window. This graphic file will incorporate all the displayed information from the original file, as well as any overlaid files, reference files, or markup layers into one graphic file.
You can then save the file using the .BMP format. You can use the file to view the information or send it to other users. You will not need SmartPlant Markup Plus to view the graphic file; it can be opened using any graphics tool that will read the .BMP format.
