The File > Send To command sends an open file to one or more recipients through your e-mail utility,
either one recipient at a time, or to all recipients at once. When you select the
Send command, the software generates a new mail message and embeds your markup file in
the mail document as an attachment. You can then choose your recipients, add a descriptive
phrase in the Subject box, and add text in the message area to accompany the attached document as needed.
