Click Markup > Video Annotation

This option is available only when you have an active markup layer.

In the Video file name field, enter the name of the video file you want to associate with the icon.

Click the OK button.

Move the cursor and the associated icon to the location where you want to place the icon and click.
Once you have selected a video file, you can click the Play button to view it.
