This interface is added for tools that want to persist issue request information generated during the publish/issue request operation. The DocIssueRequestInfo method will be called by the SmartPlant Client during the issue request operation. Tools that are required to persist issue request information will need to implement the IFEAdapter7 interface. The document object and the meta-data container with the IssueRequest relationship will be passed to this method. The IssueRequests relationship will have the contract UID. To get the contract object, the tool will need to retrieve the Project Breakdown Structure (PBS) document.
