By default, this dialog box displays the contents of the Instrument Manufacturer dialog box in . You can add manufacturers and edit their names as needed. You can then assign models to the manufacturers and use these manufacturers and models in the specifications that you edit and save in External Editor. If you then import and save the revised specification data back into , the manufacturers and models from the specifications are automatically added to the appropriate supporting tables in .
Manufacturer — Displays the names of available instrument manufacturers. You can edit current manufacturers and create new ones.
Delete — Delete a manufacturer that you added from External Editor. Note that you cannot delete a manufacturer that was created in .
