The following applies if you are using a version of the software before Update 33 and SmartPlant Markup Plus Server 2019 SP 1 or earlier. For the latest information, see File viewing problems.
Check the Brava! Enterprise log file:

Log on to the SmartPlant Markup Plus server as an administrator.

Open the brava-enterprise-service.txt file delivered to the [installation location]\IGC\Brava! Enterprise\Brava! Server\log folder.
If the following errors appear in the file, the Brava! Enterprise license has expired:
2016-03-21T16:14:57,388-0500 [localhost-startStop-1] ERROR com.infograph.A.D - BravaServerLicenseException - Brava Server license expired.

Do the following if using SmartPlant Markup Plus Version 2016 R1 (6.1) or earlier:

Click Start > Administrative Tools > Services.

Stop these services in the following order:

Apache Tomcat
-
Blazon Job Processor
-
IGC Brava! License Server
-
-
Obtain a valid Brava! Enterprise license and replace the IGCKey.lic file in the following folders:
[installation location]\IGC\Brava! Enterprise\Brava! License
[installation location]\IGC\Brava! Enterprise\JobProcessor

Start these services in the following order:

IGC Brava! License Server
-
Blazon Job Processor
-
Apache Tomcat
-
Do the following if using SmartPlant Markup Plus Version 2018 (7.0) or later:

Make sure the BravaLicense folder is located here: [installation location]\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 8.5\webapps.

Point a browser to the licensing URL and download the IGCKey.lic file.
The licensing URL is the value of the lc.url property in the server.properties file delivered to the [installation location]\IGC\Brava! Enterprise\Brava! Server folder.

Open the file and verify that the contents matches the contents of the IGCKey.lic file delivered by SmartPlant Markup Plus Server.
