The following applies if you are using a version of the software before Update 34. For the latest information, see Configure the Graphic View Control.

  1. Select the System Administration feature set and click WebGL Generation Scheduled Tasks.

  2. Click the WebGL Scheduled Tasks Results page.

The WebGL Scheduled Tasks Results page displays the list view of scheduler tasks. The tasks statuses are:

  • Ready - The scheduler task is ready to start when it's time.

  • Processed

    • The task finished.

    • The task finished, but no WebGL files were generated.

  • Failed - The task had problems and could not finish.

For details on task processing or failures, view the log file for the task. Select the task, and click Actions > View Batch Process Log.

Common reasons that WebGL files cannot be generated

These are some common problems that cause a WebGL file generation task to fail or to finish processing but not generate WebGL files.

Processed

The WebGL viewer files could not be generated because of a vault size exception.

The task was to regenerate WebGL files originally created with a specific version of SPIOP, but there was a problem with the SPIOP version entered:

  • There are no files generated with that version of SPIOP.

  • The SPIOP version number is incorrect.

  • The format of the SPIOP version number is incorrect.

Failed

There was an error when picking the file.

The task was to regenerate WebGL files originally created with a specific version of SPIOP, but the SPIOP version was not installed.
