Problem
The contents of an AutoCAD (.dwg) file display at a very small scale with a blue border.
Possible Cause
This can occur if an AutoCAD (.dwg) file has a large layout and the PageLoadOrder parameter is set to Paperspace First.
Solution
Configure the loader to display model space first using the loader configuration tool:
-
Run loaders.configuration.exe in the [installation location]\SmartPlant\Markup\Bin folder.
If you are accessing this tool on the SmartPlant Markup Plus server, it is delivered to the [installation location]\SmartPlant\Markup\Brava! Enterprise\JobProcessor\Igc.Loaders folder.
-
Expand Dwg2dl - AutoCAD 2D Drawing Loader > Parameters.
-
Select PageLoadOrder: Paperspace First, and click Change Value.
-
In the Edit Parameter dialog box, select ModelSpace First from the Value list. Click OK.
-
Click Done, and then Yes to confirm changes.
-
Delete the files in the Brava! Server dlcache folder. This prevents illegible copies cached prior to the changes from being displayed.
You can click Clear Display Cache on the Actions menu of the file or document in the Web Client.
For more information, see the Loader Configuration Tool Guide (Loader_Configuration_Tool_Guide.pdf) in the [installation location]\SmartPlant\Markup\Bin folder (or in the [installation location]\SmartPlant\Markup\Blazon\Blazon Enterprise\JobProcessor\Igc.Loaders folder on the SmartPlant Markup Plus server).
