Problem
A rendition (CSF or PDF) is not generated when the user clicks Generate View Rendition or Generate Alternate Rendition on a file in the SmartPlant Foundation Desktop Client.
Solution

Click Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Administrative Tools > Services.

Stop Blazon Enterprise services:

Right-click IGC Blazon Enterprise QueueServer and click Stop.

Right-click IGC JobProcessor and click Stop.

Close Services.

Open the jpservice.exe and jpconsole.exe files in the [installation location]\SmartPlant\Markup\Blazon\Blazon Enterprise\JobProcessor folder.

Set the SuppressChildWindows value to true in each file:

Save and close the jpservice.exe.config and jpconsole.exe.config files.

Go to Services (click Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Administrative Tools > Services) and start Blazon Enterprise services.

Go to the SmartPlant Markup Plus Server Status page (click Start > All Programs > Intergraph SmartPlant Markup Plus > Markup Server Status) and verify that the SmartPlant Markup Plus Server status is UP.

Resubmit your conversion requests in the Desktop Client.
