This functionality was removed in Update 33.
To allow Microsoft Office files with macros to convert to PDF/CSF renditions, Office security settings must be configured. The Office files must not have any pop-up notifications or require any user interaction.
Before making the following changes, log on as the Windows user whose account is
used to run the Job Processor service. The reason that you must do this is because
the changes to Microsoft Office are saved per user profile.
Configure security settings in Microsoft Office

Click File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings in the Microsoft Office application you are using.

Verify that the following settings are configured:

Restart the Job Processor service

Click Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Administrative Tools > Services.

Right-click IGC JobProcessor and click Restart.
Save as XPS add-in
If Microsoft Office 2007 is installed, download and install the SaveAsXPS.exe add-in.
Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, and Office 365 have the SaveAsXPS add-in already installed.
