Missing lines when viewing a DGN or 2D DWG file (retired) - SmartPlant Foundation - SmartPlant Foundation - Reference - Hexagon

The following applies if you are using a version of the software before Update 33 and SmartPlant Markup Plus Server 2019 SP 1 or earlier. For the latest information, see File viewing problems.

Problem

One or more lines do not display when trying to view a DGN or 2D DWG file using View and Markup.

Common Cause

The Minimum line thickness setting must be adjusted.

Solution

1. Open the file using View and Markup.

2. Click More > Page display settings on the Brava! toolbar.

3. Move the Minimum line thickness slider to the right to increase line thickness.
