The SmartConverter requires that you install SmartSketch 5.1 or later on the SmartPlant Foundation server. When installing SmartSketch, choose the Translators and the Programming Tools features (available by using the Custom setup feature).
SmartSketch may require SmartPlant License Manager for licensing depending on how SmartSketch was purchased and plans for deploying the SmartSketch software.
