Placing the form in the SmartPlant Foundation namespace - SmartPlant Foundation - IM Update 44 - Customization & Programming - Hexagon

It is recommended that you place any custom forms in the SPF.Client.Forms namespace.

At the top of both files add the following:

Namespace SPF.Client.Forms

Then at the bottom:

End Namespace
