If NWSSearchShowMoreCriteriaVisible is True, certain works from the work queue, items in the stock, or packages can be searched with the Search tool. The search criteria vary according to the open page, but the main functionality is the same. The Search tool consists of static search columns and extra criteria. The extra criteria displays when Show More is selected.

You can use special characters (% or *) as a wildcard in the beginning or end of the word. Letters can be replaced with the underbar character _ (one _ per replaced letter).

Search with static criteria

1. Fill in the criteria.

2. Click Search.

   The software lists the rows matching the criteria in the work queue.

Search with extra criteria

1. Select Show More to see the extra criteria tools.

2. Select the criterion from the list, and then type a value.

3. Click Add.

   The software adds the given criterion to the page and starts the search.

You can use as many extra criteria as required. However, you cannot use a criterion multiple times. For example, you cannot search with Location: A003 and Location: A004. You can change the specified extra criteria by clicking Update.

Clear

• Static criteria - Delete the value from the related field and then click Search again.

• Extra criteria from the search - Click .

• All values - Click Clear.

You must click Search again to display the entire list.
