Email Template Set - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.2 - Training - Hexagon

To assign an Email Template Set to the MTO Type click to open Email Template Set Window. Select an Email Template Set by clicking the Email Template Set Name. If you want to create a new Email Template Set, click Create New Email Template Set.

To create a new email template set:

1. Open the Email Template Set screen, click Create Email Template Set.

2. Type the name in the Template Set cell.

3. Select the Distribution Category from the list.

4. Type the descriptions in the Short Description and Comment cells, and then click Create.

Add details to email template set

Email Template sets can be assigned to requisitions on the Maintain Requisitions page and are used when the requisition is released to procurement, to send out emails.

1. To add details to a template set, select the appropriate template set from the Email Template Set list.

2. Click Add Row in the Template Set Details block, and then select the Email Template from the list.

3. Select the Distribution Category from the list.

4. Type the description in the Short Description.
