Purpose

This section explains how to post a MIR (Material Issue Report) in the Smart Materials Site module.

Exercise

  1. Open the MIR by Reservation screen from the Home > Site > Warehouse Management > Issuing.

  2. Click the hyperlink of MIR Number field, corresponding to MIR-MG-0008.

  3. In the MIR Details tab of MIR by Reservation, click Post.

    The issued quantities are removed from the stock.

  4. Open the Inventory History screen from the Home > Site > Inventory History menu.

  5. Enter Commodity Group, Commodity part, commodity code and Ident Code in Filters or Only Ident code I4716418 in Ident Code filed.

  6. Click on Apply button to display the selected ident code with its details.

  7. Open the Information by Commodity screen from the Smart Materials > Site > Item Information> Information by Commodity menu.

  8. Enter I4716418 in the Ident Code field.

  9. Click on Apply Filter to display the selected ident code with its details.

  10. Click in the BOM Issue Total field.

    A new Window BOM Positions will be opened which displays the BOM Positions for which material was issued.
