Purpose
This section explains how to define a MIR (Material Issue Report) rule that is used for MIR creation. The MIR number is created using this MIR rule.
Exercise

Open the MIR Rules tab from Home > Site > Site Rules screen > MIR Rules Tab.

Click on Add Row button to create a new record.

Enter MIR-MG in the MIR Rule field.

Enter MIR Rule in the Short Description and Description fields.

Enter MIR-MG- in the Rule Definition field.

Select 0000 from the LOV in the Rule Definition field.

Select yes in the Default field using the dropdown option.

Save the changes, and then click ‘Site’ in the Navigation bar, to navigate to the Site Menu.
