With this DBA setting you define the URL for the Web Approval with Smart Materials Web.
Assign the following link to WEB_APPROVAL_URL_BIR: http://<your_server_name>:<port>/apex/f?p=102
Replace <your_server_name> either with the database server name or with the Tomcat server name, and <port> with an appropriate value.
For example, http://dor-host.network.com:8090/apex/f?p=102
