  1. Copy Patch Set Bundle for Oracle APEX 20.1 (30990551) to c:\tmp.

  2. Extract p30990551_2010_Generic.zip to your hard drive.

  3. Create a folder <apache_home>\webapps\i.

  4. Copy the contents of the <Patch Set Bundle directory>\images folder to <apache_home>\webapps\i\ folder.
