The form will guide you through providing the information needed to grant you access to the Smart Licensing Portal. Please fill out the form as accurately as possible including any special instructions, if applicable and necessary, and allow 5-7 business days for your request to be processed.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Global Order Desk with the Case Number you receive after submitting the form. The Case Number will be noted on the page after submission along with the status of the case and the date and time of submission.
If you have forgotten your user name, contact your IT administrator or the Global Order Desk.
If you have forgotten your password, do the following:
If you are a Hexagon employee, contact IT to repair your domain account.
If you have a Smart Community account, go to https://smartcommunity.hexagonppm.com/s/login/ForgotPassword, enter your Username, and click Reset Password.
If you have a Partner Community account, go to https://intergraph-ppm.force.com/secur/forgotpassword.jsp, enter your Username, and click Continue.
If you are using an account from your company's domain, contact your IT administrator.
Signing in automatically
Hexagon employees currently logged on to the domain can use the LOG IN AS HEXAGON EMPLOYEE button to sign in quickly, without having to enter their user name and password.
However, in Firefox, clicking this link causes an authentication box to appear, requesting a user name and password. To avoid this pop-up, follow these instructions: Firefox asks for user name and password on internal sites.
