Each project in a configuration has an ordered list of keystores. The licensing system looks for licenses to use according to the keystore order for the selected project.
A project can have a different ordered list of keystores in each configuration that the project is a member of. This allows a licensing administrator to control access to licenses in different configurations.
Change order of keystores on a project

Click Configure ISL > Configurations.

Select a configuration.

Select a project.

Click the edit button.

On the Edit Keystore List dialog box, arrange the order of the selected keystores by using the
buttons.
The software will traverse the keystores from top to bottom when licenses are requested.
